 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours of placing an order.
Please remember to check your junk folder just in case it has been filtered there.
 
ARE THERE VARIANCES IN THE COLOURS/FABRICS/PATTERNS OF PRODUCTS?
Please note that the images used on the website are taken to best showcase the items as accurately as possible. However occasionally the item received may differ from the images presented on the website as all items are hand made and unique, there will be varying fabric/leather cuts. The colours may differ slightly between computer monitors.
Please also take into account when choosing your size, the leather will stretch and mould to your foot after few wears.

HOW DO THE SHOES FIT?
It really depends on the individual; whether you have a narrow or wide foot can affect choosing the right size. Our shoes are quite true to size in terms of length its really width that should be taken into account when choosing the right size. WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We take care to ensure all items are in perfect condition, however occasionally you may notice a flaw or may believe your item is faulty. If this is the case with your item please email kalonthelabel@outlook.com with your order number and photos to identify the issue. We will send you a returns form to fill out, please return this with item. Upon receiving we will assess the item to determine whether it is indeed faulty & not as a result of wear and tear.

If we are out of stock, you can email us to find out a rough estimation on when/if we will restock the item you are after.
