If you would like to return or exchange an item of clothing, please be contact as soon as possible.
We can then issue you with an authorisation of the return & return address.
Any returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item/s and returned within 14 days.
Please note we do not issue refunds unless the goods are deemed faulty. We only exchange for size (not style).

Alternatively, we can issue a credit to redeem within 6 months of issue date.

The item/s must be in original condition (unworn), and in the original packaging. 
 Item/s returned not in original condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
The item/s must be returned to the address provided before the exchange or credit is processed. The cost of the original postage and return to us will not be reimbursed or refunded.
International Orders
If you refuse a shipment from Kalon or your package is returned from customs, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Kalon.
This amount will be deducted from your store credit.
The shipping cost incurred by the customer for returning item/s to for an exchange or credit are NOT covered or reimbursed by Kalon.
However, If you request an exchange (permitting we have the size you are looking for in stock), we will cover the shipping cost to send the new size out to you.
If you meet the above and everything is all fine and dandy, 
Please email to receive a returns form and submit a return request.
Once the return package is sent, please email us the tracking information.
Note, we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.
We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, this way you are keeping a record of the tracking details.
Please do not return any items before contacting us for a returns form, and confirming the correct return address with us, as we will not be held responsible for anything returned to another location, other than the one we provide to you. 
We try our hardest to turn around your returns as quickly as possible, once we receive your parcel we will contact you to advise that the returns process has been completed and your exchange sent or credit issued.
Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt of your returned parcel for the items to be processed and checked by the team.  
For exchanges, we will send your new item/s out and email you a tracking number.
All items are checked prior to dispatch and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however if you do receive faulty goods, Please email us at within 2 days of receiving your goods with supporting imagery so we can determine the next step.
If items are in fact deemed faulty you will be provided with further instruction on how to return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sale items or items purchased using any promotional codes. So please select carefully during promotional/sale periods to avoid any disappointments.

No order cancellations/refunds can be made once payment has been processed.
